Посылаю сообщение с вопросом о лицензионной винде на адрес: support@microsoft.com. Соотв на великом и могучем с пометкой Russian в теме ( ну думаю юзер френдли - распарсят поймут девочке-попугаю отошлют на русском языке ). Ответ меня убил:
