VMware Community Source

VMware's new Community Source initiative gives partners access to the ESX Server source code under a royalty-free license. Community Source partners can gain key technical insights to help them optimize their existing products and introduce new solutions for virtualized environments.

The joint-partner effort will build greater industry collaboration, accelerate Virtualization technology, and create a standardized product base.
