Истинный - xerces-j! А так как чувак не сказал, для какого языка ему надо, то пусть пытается разобраться с ssax или http://www.fh-wedel.de/~si/HXmlToolbox/

А хоть и Qt4

Сам пользую libxml и под оффтопик и под линукс - очень доволен....
