Не могу поднять Silicom карточку(SFP+) на чипе интелла
Вот и пришлось вернуться к сетям . Пишет что No_carrier и ethtool -m тоже дает laser bias нулевой

P.S. ip link up и down делал, в dmesg ничего связанного с bias или power или sfp нету (
