Была лет 15 назад эпидемия дисков Fujitsu(?) дохнущих из-за проблем с едким флюсом на плате. Иногда удавалось их оживить охлаждением. Ненадолго, но списать информацию хватало. Видимо, с тех пор этот совет дают :)

1: Admin people are needed to ensure the Servers ar working all the time...hence they tend to be the last to be retrenched.

2: The admin team perhaps, but I don't know if this is true for admins in general. There's always the risk of being replaced by a very small shell script ;)

1: Just saw an ad looking a candidate that has got 4-5 years in the .Net 3.0+ framework. And it was released in 2006-11-06!

2: Maybe they are looking for someone with 2 heads that has 2 years experience per head??
