I downloaded the Samsung Tool pro (https://samsungtool.com) application on my Windows 10 computer to unlock my Samsung smartphone without z3x box. When the installation is complete, the program says «card not found». This version said to be working without a box. I don’t understand why this message is displayed. I’m grateful if someone could help me
