не могу разобраться с hdparm

Дистрибутив Mandrake 10.1 Проблема есть 2 винта стоят на hdd и hdc. Прописываю USE_DMA=1 винт hdd устанавливает ожидаемую скорость hdc как стоял на низкой так и стоит. выполняю hdparm -d1 /dev/hdc ситуация таже только норальная скорость у hdc у hdd становится низкой. Вопрос как заставить оба винта работать с нормальной скоростью? Выполнение hdparm -d1 /dev/hdd /dev/hdc приводит к анологичным результатам.

Возможно желзка не расчитана на это. валожи результаты hdparm -I /dev/hdc , то же и для другого диска и lspci -v

Не ну по отдельности-то каждый работает... а вместе ни в какую. За три раза выложу а то тут сообщение слишком большое выходит.

Еще кое что. У тебя чип позволяет выдать максимум Ultra 100 (udma5). Проблема в том что я не знаю может ли потянуть Ultra 100 два по udma5 на одном шлейфе. А У тя один винч позволяет 5 а друго 6

Если читаешь по английски. Remember that in order to use UDMA4 (and above) mode you have to use a special 80 conductor cable, and the driver tries to determine if you have such a cable attached before setting UDMA4 mode. У тебя есть такой кабель????
