Team Lead
The initial Team Lead is a critical position. This person will be the primary contact between the Moscow and Seattle based teams. This person will be responsible for initial startup of the organization including definition of processes, initial screening of engineers as part of the hiring process and day to day management of development and quality. Regular trips to Seattle will be required to ensure a close working relationship between the two teams.
We are looking for an individual with the following:
• A seasoned manager with 10+ years of experience in high-technology field leading teams developing software for western or western-minded companies. • Excellent communications skills, understanding of technology business, great leadership skills, ability to build trust and relationship with the headquarters, motivate the people, cross-functional management experience. • Technical skills that are current with the latest technologies including tools like Bugzilla and Perforce. • Ability to assist in the development and QA process as necessary to ensure on time delivery. • Experience working with USA based companies is highly desired. • Experience in operating systems and/or storage is highly desired.
Senior System Development Engineer
This position is responsible for the design and development of data management applications for Isilon Clustered Storage Systems. The applications will monitor the state of one or more clusters providing details on the current state of hard, networks and storage. The tools will also provide in depth analysis of the data that resides in the system including the statistics about the content analysis on the growth of content and other information that will help in capacity planning. Based on the information gathered, additional applications will replicate or move data between Isilon clusters based on policies.
The position requires the following technical skills:
• 3-10 years experience in development of operating system level products and tools. Engineers with direct experience in the development of file systems or related file system tools are highly desirable. • Experience with network based data movement tools such as FTP or rsync is required. • An understanding of scalable systems design is required for this position. Isilon clustered servers support 100’s of Tera Bytes of data. Tools for managing this data must use innovative techniques. • Experienced in development of distributed development where components of the system are running on multiple computers. Development in cluster based systems is a plus. • Expert in the use C, Python, Perforce, Bugzilla • Proven ability to provide high quality design documents.

Senior User Interface Engineer
This position is responsible for the design and implementation of the user interface for our Data Management applications and extensions to our Web base management console.
• 3-5 years experience in Web based product interface design and development. • Proven ability to write clear and accurate design documents • Expert in the use of HTML, DHTML, Python, Java Script. • Up-to-date on latest tools and techniques for developing advanced interfaces for monitoring and control of products • Experienced in the use of CVS, Bugzilla and other development tools

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
This person will be the first in a team of Quality Assurance Engineers who will work closely with the development engineers to ensure the highest possible quality. They will be responsible for specification and implementation of a complete quality plan including Test Plans, Test Specifications, Test Design documents and schedules. This initial position will require an individual with a broad set of skills in order to cover the entire product from user interface to data integrity.
The position requires the following technical skills:
• 5+ years experience in testing complex systems including both hardware and software. • Capable of reading and understanding complex software and hardware specifications. • Proven ability to plan, design, develop and execute comprehensive test plans. • Experienced in the use C, Python, CVS, Bugzilla • Knowledge of the Mercury Test Director test management software is a plus.
