You'll have to tell the libXi people that -- the file appeared in the /pub/individual/lib directory with a newer timestamp than the 1.1.0 version. Myself, I don't pay too much attention to version numbers. You can't trust them. :-)

Since libXi-1.0.3 came out just a few days prior, I think the mistake was that they meant 1.0.1 when they put out 1.1.0.
