Очевидно, что репы ОС не видит.
Попробуй убрать те, на которые apt ругается (404 Not Found).

Я вообще нигде не нахожу инфы, чтобы на debian bbb ставили. Везде только ubuntu разных версий.

и я не видел,кроме этой статьи я думал кто-то пробовал,и получилось спасибо.

Для убунты в статьях установка в одну строку запуском скрипта с указанием версии дистрибутива, но на дебиане запуск этого скрипта не работает (ругается, что дебиан, а не убунта).
Уверен, если основательно покопаться в скрипте, то можно и на дебиане запустить его, изменив проверки.

На хабре разворачивают на ubuntu 16.04.
На гитхабе пример запуска скрипта на ubuntu bionic (по-моему это 18.04).
При запуске скрипта указывается название версии дистрибутива, поэтому можно попробовать и для 20.04 запустить, указав focal.
