имеют расширение jisp - судя по всему - какой то архив с gifками. Никто не в курсе, как такой архив самому слепить?

For general information about creation of iconsets, see psi/libpsi/iconset/ICONSET-HOWTO. This file contains only required icon names and some details about them.

In is not necessary to give emoticons unique names. The exception is a special 'default' iconset.
