Решил уменьшить шум от вентилятора, (температура проца в среднем 33.3), но не тут то было. Установил fan-control, pwmconfig выдал

circuitry installed, even if your sensor chip supports pwm.

physically verify that the fans have been to full speed
after the program has completed.
