This release was mostly to push out the accumulated fixes and to move past the problem with the 3.6.22 release not providing the correct version number.
The changelog is fairly small:

- reiserfsprogs: fix printf formatting warnings
- reiserfsprogs: fix set-but-not-used gcc warnings
- reiserfsprogs: remove autoconf-generated files
