Вообщем есть Xenix-86, в образах для 360Кб дискет. На виртуал бокс не ставится на вмваре тоже, кто нибудь пробовал устанавливать сие? Может попробовать Bochs?
Из требований:
Instructions for installation
Convert images in 5.25 360k disks using a disk image tool, like RAWRITE,
then boot from disk N1.
Note: this Xenix version can't run with a VGA card!
You can use a Hercules monocrome card or a CGA/EGA card.
Disk N1 must be not write protected.
