Не работает vaapi на Intel HD 3000 и все тут.

пакет установлен mplayer-vaapi, но простыня ужасна

У тебя вывод идёт через VA-API, а декодирование программное. У тебя видео в MPEG-4, в железе поддержки декодирования MPEG-4 нет. Объясни, чего ты ожидаешь?

Качай видео в H264, например mkv всякие. Или ты еще theora хочешь открыть через vaapi?

фризы и наложение кадров достали просто.

И вот это выруби:

А ещё всякие фильтры видео, аудио, эквалайзеры. Всё вырубай.
