Низкий FPS в панели вкладок chrome

При доабвлении или удалении новой вкладки, а также при перетаскивании вкладки с места на место сильно проседает FPS. Подобные просадки лечатся выключением аппаратного ускорения в настройках, но без этого ускорения появляются проблемы уже на сайтах - например google maps видимо активно используют эту технологию и без нее в картах будет низкий фпс. Видеокарта Intel UHD 620, встроенная, дискретной нет.
