Не работает Intel AC-9560 в Debian

Недавно приобрел ноутбук ASUS FX504GD. Ubuntu установилась нормально, попробовал Debian. В Debian не прикручивается сетевой адаптер, хотя система его видит: Вывод lspci:

пробовал ставить firmware-iwlwifi, в том числе нестабильную версию. Также пробовал дрова с оф сайта интела-закидывал файл прошивки в формате *.ucode в /lib/firmware, не помогло.

dmesg молчит по поводу адаптера.

Обнови ядро и firmware из бэкпортов.

как я вижу,нет, система определяет, что для него нет драйверов

всё верно нет драйвера, поэтому и dmesg молчит (и wifi не работает). @anonymous тебе подсказал, что нужно сделать. я подскажу инструкцию (она несколько устарела, но ты должен разобраться — я так думаю :)

Есть вариант проще: купить нормальный WiFi адаптер, работающий на опенсорсных драйверах/фирмвари и не требующий этих плясок с бубном. Что-нибудь из семейства Atheros ath9k например

Драйвер есть в ядре, прошивки (которые на сайте) есть в любом нормальном дистрибутиве.

Главное что ath9k модули бывают и с поддержкой 5GHz, а ac в том виде в котором сейчас (блобовая проприетарщина) нормальному линуксоиду не нужна

а что делать если сам себе заблочил все сервера Intel (чтобы бэкдоры Intel ME туда инфу не слали) ? хороший драйвер должен быть опенсорсным, комплектоваться опенсорсной фирмварью и сидеть в ядре одобренном самим Линусом
