Траблы после сборки ядра

Значит, сразу, система:

Slackware 10.1, устанавливаемое ядро - 2.6.11.11.

Ядро скомпилилось, установилось и запустилось нормально! Но когда я начал запускать МС он выдал ошибку: Couldn't open master side of pty. pty_open_master: No such file or directory и запустился! Я не придал этому значения(запустился и бог с ним). НО!! В иксах не запускается ни один терминал!!!! Гномовский выводит: There was an error creating the child process for this terminal. Xterm вообще не стартует! Ничего не понимаю! Если надо выложить конвиг - выложу! Зараннее спасибо!!
