Где не сказано, как продлить данную лицензию.

When the this developer free subscription expires?
On my redhat box, its saying after 1 year it will expires.
what happen when it hits 1 year? I will not be able to log into my system?

Like all Red Hat subscriptions you will need to renew. In the case of the developer subscription, you will need to again agree to the terms and conditions. Even if you choose not to renew, know that you can still log into your computer and use the software.

Like the fee-based version, this is a 12-month subscription. Renewal is simple and only requires that you agree to the then-current version of the T&Cs. You can view information about your subscription including the expiration date at access.redhat.com/management.
