опять про драйвера ati

Поставил на Сусе10.2 драйвер ати с сайта 8.36.5. Читал фак на сусе - убрал AIGLX - теперь в Xorg.0.log никакий ошибок (EE) нет. Для рута команда fglrxinfo пишет как и положено

display: :0.0 screen: 0
OpenGL vendor string: ATI Technologies Inc.
OpenGL renderer string: ATI RADEON 9600 Series
OpenGL version string: 2.0.6458 (8.36.5)

Игры по рутом с 3Д идут нормально, НО под пользователем fglrxinfo выдает

display: :0.0 screen: 0
OpenGL vendor string: Mesa project: www.mesa3d.org
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa GLX Indirect
OpenGL version string: 1.4 (1.5 Mesa 6.5.1)

И соответственно игры не в 3д, а в эмуляции. Как поправить?

Дай кусок /etc/X11/xorg.conf, а точнее секцию про Device
Например:

и посмотри нет ли у обычного юзверя в хоме файл xorg.conf

Да, конфиг забыл запостить. Кидаю. Пользователь в группе video есть (он там по умолчанию и был). xorg.conf у юзера в ~/ нет.

Поправил - всё еще не работает. Вот warnings, которые есть в /var/log/Xorg.0.log, может чем помогут:

(WW) fglrx: No matching Device section for instance (BusID PCI:1:0:1) found
(WW) fglrx(0): board is an unknown third party board, chipset is supported
