Всем доброго времени суток..... возникла проблема с box backup. Скачала и установила серверную часть, 11 версии. Раид не создавала Создаю сертификат для серверной части

а когда пытаюсь подписать, то выдает следующее
archive@archive-desktop:~$ sudo bbstored-certs ca sign-server archive-desktop-csr.pem archive-desktop-csr.pem does not exist at /usr/bin/bbstored-certs line 231.
даже если он там есть....
не могу разобраться помогите пожалуйста.
