Пробую запустить saslauthd он выдаёт сообщение Dec 29 18:06:11 green saslauthd[28328]: detach_tty : could not lock pid file /var/run/saslauthd/saslauthd.pid: Resource temporarily unavailable Dec 29 18:19:27 green saslauthd[28327]: server_exit : master exited: 0

Возникла следующая проблема. Пытаюсь установить Cyrus IMAP 2.2.10 со следующей конфигурацией

./configure \ --with-sasl=/usr/local/lib \ --with-perl \ --with-auth=unix \ --with-bdb=/usr/local/bdb \ --with-bdb-libdir=/usr/local/bdb/lib \ --with-bdb-incdir=/usr/local/bdb/include \ --with-openssl=/usr/local/ssl \ --without-ucdsnmp \ он выдает следующее сообщение checking for db.h... yes configure: error: Berkeley DB 3.x or later was not found. You may need to supply the --with-bdb-libdir or --with-bdb-incdir configure options.

Хотя все установлено и все работает по крайней мере Cyrus SASL откомпилировался вместе с Berkeley DB.
