На русский было переведено 4-е издание, но там про IPv6 совсем немного.

У орейли есть какая-то, English only.

Пока нашёл Understanding IPv6 3-rd edition. От Microsoft-а, но вроде судя по содержанию про Windows там совсем немного.

Почему бы тебе не прочитать RFC, для начала?
