I install the RH8.0 on my pc: AMD 300, 128 Mb Ram. After install (when runnig firstboot) pc stopped: keyboard and mouse didn't work. In xterm i edit XFree86Config: Device - NetScrollPS/2 Protocol - PS/2 /dev/mouse linked to /dev/psaux, but gpm didn't initiallize the mouse and Gnome didn't see it. Whats wrong?

А попробовать что-нибудь другое в качестве протокола не пробовали? Ну хоть Option "Protocol" "IMPS/2" что-ли...

netscroll не працюе - выбирай generic 3-button ps/2 mouse

My mouse and sound card use one IRQ and dont working. Try used IRQ
