find 1251 encoded font. Or koi2win mapping if such can exist. Or better forget srany cp1251. Use koi8-r. And encoding-remapping in lynx.

use easy-cyrillic (ec) you can find it on freshmeat.net or afunix@pisem.net it supports cp1251, koi8, cp866, and any, if you'll correct some files
