Ноутбук Tecra M1. Проблема с разрешением экрана (размером экрана)

становил себе наконец-то Ubuntu. До этого с ОС на UNIX основе дело не имел. Вообщем, основная проблема - это размер экрана - с каждого края по 2 дюйма черные полосы. Пытаюсь поменять разрешение, там максимальное 800-600, если поменять на 640-480 то экран еще уменьшается)))) Я так понимаю проблема в драйвере, но найти его у меня не получилось. Может подскажете как решить проблему? Спасибо!

cat /etc/X11/xorg.conf в студию, только preformatted text указать не забудь, а на десктопной blade i1 настраивал 1440х900 все нормально работало.

В MOPS 6.1 все встало без проблем, зато в мегаюзабельной бубунте хрен.
