Our client – a solid leader in banking software development, in order to support its development on new markets and existing clients, is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager CIS

Territory: Russia / Ukraine / Belarus / Kazakhstan
Location: Moscow / Paris (40% of time in Paris)

Missions:
• Develop sales and market share in his/her assigned territory (geographical area, business area or large account) by selling its products to both existing and new clients, in accordance with company global sales strategy
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of his/her assigned market and excellent relationships with stakeholders at existing clients and prospects
• Identify, qualify and seek out all appropriate opportunities on his/her assigned territory
• Promote company products and services by all suitable means on his/her assigned territory
• Full management of the assigned accounts, not only for generating new sales, but also for product positioning, client power map identification, consulting assignments, client satisfaction, support quality and project follow-up

Key responsibilities:
• Meet the yearly sales goals and objectives for the assigned territory as validated with his/her manager
• Propose and validate a yearly Business Plan with the Business Development Director to meet his/her target. Follow-up quarterly on its implementation
• Fully and efficiently manage opportunities sales cycle in collaboration with other actors (Marketing, Business Development Operations, Customer Delivery Services, Customer Evolution Services, Product Evolution Services, Legal)
• Follow-up effectively on referrals and new leads
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within Business Development organization and with the other different relevant teams within the company. In particular, ensure tight coordination with the support coordinators and client managers following existing customers
• Collaborate on all the above with the other Senior Business Development Managers in their assigned responsibilities on large accounts, geographical areas or business areas (e.g. commodities or asset management)
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships at all levels with existing and prospective customers. And actively participate in marketing events and user groups
• Constantly develop his understanding of the platform and markets by participating in the proposed internal and external trainings as well as through personal research and readings
• Apply the sales administration procedures and rules
• Adhere to all other company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
• Contribute to global marketing and business plans
• Actively participate in knowledge sharing and lessons learned sessions linked to the assigned market
• Document and share through detailed reporting to Business Development Director and to other involved teams all clients key events (projects, contacts, visits).

Key Requirements:
• Master degree i.e. either in business, engineering or equivalent
• 7 years of experience in sales with a good record of achieving targets
• Experience in the Software industry or the IT Services industry
• Strong understanding of local market environment (clients, prospects, competitors, local constraints, language etc.) and client needs in Finance / Software industry activities
• Strong understanding of company strategy and products (platform benefits, evolution, references etc.)
• English fluent, Russian native or fluent, French appreciated
• Excellent 'people skills' and ‘management skills'
• Ability to plan, share and implement structured business plan and account plans
