Нужно решить ошибку связка апача+hopebilling+hestiacp Warning: file_exists()

нагуглил типа решение:
php_admin_value open_basedir надо добавить эти пути в vhost.conf и vhost_ssl.conf

но у меня hestiacp там все файлы где отношение к VirtualHost
написано DO NOT MODIFY THIS FILE! CHANGES WILL BE LOST WHEN REBUILDING DOMAINS

в манах панели написано

There X_Y is your PHP version
