flac, multithread, cvs

задумал посмотреть - может ли flac кодировать в несколько потоков ?
для этого решил скачать последний срез cvs, но так как сижу за proxy, то пока не получается
нашел http://cvsgrab.sourceforge.net/ (умеет через proxy) - не могу составить правильную строку (cvs не знаю)
пробую так:
cvsgrab.sh -proxyHost 192.168.1.2 -proxyPort 8008 -cvsRoot :pserver:anonymous@flac.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/flac -rootUrl http://flac.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/flac/flac -packagePath flac -packageDir flac

получаю ошибки

как правильно записать строку ? (на будущее пригодится)

если уже ктото смотрел - может ли flac работать в несколько потоков?
