нвидевские дрова.... трабл

Сначала все было нормально ... OpenGl приложение летали(( но в эдинпрекрасный день fps упал со 100 до 17??(( что прозошло не знаю преустановка дров не помогла(( подскажите пжлуста:))

Так может ты XF86Config затер? Может у тебя вместо драйвера nvivia nv загружается? Или линк на libGLcore.so потерялся (прочитай еще раз README от NVidia)?

Для диагноза нужен лог Xservera (/var/log/XFree86.0.log) вывод команд xdpyinfo и lsmod. При наличии такой информации в отдельных случаях помогает самолечение и к докторам обращаться не приходится :)

Что характерно - предупреждает что agp использовать не будет (в XF86Config ты его не вырубил случайно?) и ни слова про MTRR (посмотри в ядре у тебя MTRR support включен?)

хм Агп врооде включен NVagp. в 1 ....а мтрр включена потдержка но в логе не где не упоминается о нем:((

Дополнения: если включить 2 или 3 режим машина умирает.... в логе видно что после того как ага устанавливает разрешения и скрость агп порта тоесть 2x....все умерает:(( ставил 1x не помогает.... страный глюк агпгарт вроде все находи правильно виавский чипсет и апендет мемори при загрузки ядра...
