debian etch & xgl

трабл: не могу запустить xgl делаю по ману [url]http://sonique54.free.fr/xgl/xgl.htm[/url] на /usr/X11R6/bin/Xgl :0 -ac -accel glx:fbo:0 -accel xv:fbo -fp /usr/share/fonts/X11/misc & sleep 5 пишет что-то типа "xorg server died, exit status 1" и все

видео ati, дрова пашут вполне корректно
