Не вырубается

Возникла проблема, перезагружается комп нормально, а вот выключатся не хочет. Доходит до отмонтирование файловых систем и замолкает...
Gentoo 2005 amd64.

может быть, в логах dmesg было ошибка связанная с ACPI, я сначала на нее грешил, перепрошил мать - ошибка пропала но комп не вырубается.
