IT company focused on software development outsourcing, workflow management, content management, document archiving, and IT consulting services, based in Prague, Czech Republic. The total number of employees is over 90, more than 75 of them are software engineers.
We are currently looking for suitable candidates for the position of System Engineer based in Moscow. The chosen candidate would receive a 2 months training in Danemark and would work at our client's offices in Moscow later. Salary range: 1500-2000$per month.
We would need the candidate to start latest 1st November 2003 in Danemark. It is a one year project with possibility of prolongation. We need the candidate to work for us on a freelance contract basis (not as an employee).
Job description:
As a member of the different project teams your main tasks will be to ╖ Configure servers with UNIX, Oracle, Oracle Application Servers and our Proprietary SW ╖ Perform factory acceptance test before shipment (in front of the customer representatives) ╖ Prepare test specification ╖ Perform customisation of SW to customers network/environment ╖ Preparation of Acceptance test
Education /experience:
╖ Industrial Standard education in computer science or similar job experience ╖ Experience in UNIX system environment / system administration ╖ Detailed knowledge of UNIX and LINUX environment ╖ Knowledge/experience with ORACLE. Telecoms knowledge a big advantage
Personal skills:
╖ Experience from previous job with similar profile ╖ English in writing and speaking ╖ Extrovert and sociable character - customer oriented attitude. ╖ Professional and responsible behaviour.
