Ошибка 111: Connection refused при обновлении Fedora с 22 на 23

Шолом. Проблема вынесена в сабж. Выполняю команду:

dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=23 --best --allowerasing -y

загружаются пакеты и в консоль пишется следующее:

Обновлено: <много-много пакетов>
Выполнено!
Download complete! Use 'dnf system-upgrade reboot' to start the upgrade.
The downloaded packages were saved in cache till the next successful transaction.
You can remove cached packages by executing 'dnf clean packages'.
[Errno 111] Connection refused

После перезагрузки при выполнении «dnf system-upgrade reboot» пишет то же самое («[Errno 111] Connection refused»). Интернет ничего не подсказывает. В чём может быть причина?

Попробовал, ноль эмоций. Никогда через прокси не сидел.
