Squid откидывает родительский прокси

Получаю спустя какое-то время после запуска squid-а (2.2.STABLE5) следующее в cache.log:

Включение icp_port не помогло, вообще вот мой squid.conf (может еще чего порекомендуете в целом):
Кстати, какой все-таки параметр поставить в cache_peer, так до конца и не определился.
