Есть squid и squidGuard в комплекте.

сквидвард на локальном тесте /usr/bin/squidGuard < in > out -d всё что прописано в bad.domainlist и bad.js редиректит и реврайтит, но на живой связке сквида и гарда ничего не работает, весь трафик успешно проходит на просторы тырнетов.
причём, путём научного тыка, было установлено, что конфигурация сквидгарда успешно начинает работать, по крайней мере в плане редиректа из бэддомайнс, путём закоментирования строки:
