[мысли][реально ли?] отправка пакета в уже установленной tcp сессии

собственно сабж, долго думал как назвать топик...
что нужно(хочеться):
есть уже установленное подключение в состоянии ESTABLISHED
есть рут доступ к одной из машинок участвующих в этом подключении...

нужно:
отправить специально сгенерированный пакет локальной машине(к которой разумеется и имеется root доступ), точнее приложению, которое участвует в передаче данных не разрывая подключения...

теперь вопрос, «как»?)
