Tor сервер траблы

Поднял на сервак tor сервер.(ОС centos 5.3 версия тора tor-0.2.0.34-tor.0.rh5_2.i386.rpm ) ипшник сервера 64.46.39.237 .но не виден через network status . В лог плююется на ошибку времени однако время там канадское и правильное.
Сам лог:
