раз ты не знаешь что это, то вероятность 99.9 % что оно тебе не нужно.

А где логи читать то посамбе чтоб выяснить в чем причина незапуска?

зависит от дистрибутива. если у тебя что-то RH-based, то советую начать с /var/log/boot.log и т.д.

строки "Badly formed line in configuration file" и "Failed. Error returned from params.c:parse()." ни на какие мысли не наталкивают ?? конфиг у тебя кривой скорее всего, так что проверяй его.
