Имеется роутер TP-LINK TL-WR1043ND с дефолтной прошивкой.
Вывод arp показывает странные arp-ы.

К роутеру подключен только 1 компьютер, к wifi клиенты не подключаются.
Почему есть строчки с incomplete?
