Чем это вот SSPL хуже?

Вообще есть две довольно простых проблемы с этой лицензией:

• Там нет пункта «использовать могут все кроме облаков» или «всем можно кроме AWS», а есть безумно размытое определение предоставления hosted-сервиса под который можно подогнать вообще что угодно. Учитывая, что строка запроса в ElasticSearch подчас вообще без обвязки торчит чуть ли не напрямую в клиентском интерфейсе то куча использующих его сервисов легко попадет под нарушение лицензии.
• Для тех кто попадает под этот пункт условия лицензии невозможно выполнить: она требует выложить исходники всего что используется в инфраструктуре именно под SSPL. Т.е от ядра до софта который используется для мониторинга инфраструктуры. Используешь линукс под GPL - значит запустить софт под SSPL не можешь.

Т.е если даже амазон завтра решит выложить исходники всего AWS и принадлежащего им софта как Open Source, то использовать софт под SSPL он все равно не сможет. AGPL же затрагивает только сам софт и условия использования вполне выполнимы.
