If user wants to continue to work while the 6Gb/s SATA RAID controller is powered on, the user can use the “Activate Incomplete Raid Set” option to active the RAID set. After user selects this function, the RAID state will change to “Degraded Mode” and start to work.»
А в случая выдирания диска онлайн такое не прокатывает?
