прописать юзеров, которым хочешь дать права на sudo в файл /etc/sudoers

ну еще пакетитк sudo установить не забудьте

а прописывать там надо так же как и рута

а рут прописан по дефолту...

просто подписываешь свой логин на строчке ниже, и все остальное тем же регистром
