я пока нашёл только ограничение на использование в качестве основного элемента дизайна при многоадресной продаже:
If you want to use our resources commercially on products that will be sold to multiple clients or for Print on Demand (POD) items, you must make sure that these are not the main element of the design. For example, you cannot sell t-shirts, mugs, vinyls, calendars, etcetera, if these have an image from Flaticon as the main element of the design.
This means that you must use your own designs or third party designs to create the main elements of the composition and use Flaticon icons as secondary elements.
If multiple Flaticon images are used to create the design, these will all be considered main elements, as they all belong to Flaticon.
и для приложений отдельно прописано что если оно не занимается продажей купленных изображений или не использует их как основной элемент (стикеры и т.п.) то «достаточно купить любую подписку»
You can use our images to build the interface of your application as long as the service offered by your app does not involve the redistribution of our icons.
For example, you can create an app for the users to check the weather, to buy tickets for a concert, or any other third party activity, using our icons, and also a game where the some of the elements are created from icons from Flaticon.
Please be aware that this is not applicable if you want to use our images to create image filters or stickers. In that case, you need to make sure that our images are not the main element of the filter or the stickers.
If you download Flaticon resources as a free user you must include the attribution line on the app credits page and on the description in the app store. If you don’t want to include this attribution line, you must purchase any of our Premium subscriptions.
Please remember that you are not authorized in any case to make business or deliver the original (or modified) editable AI/PSD/EPS file to anyone, sub-license, resell or rent any of our resources.
мне просто не особо очевидно чем они кормят своих 100500 художников, если всё добро можно купить разово за 5-10 баксов :-) разве что расчёт на то что сумма столь мала, что отменять подписку особо и смысла нет - вдруг чего еще пригодится
