Проблема с 'artificial' attribute при смобрке glibc

Пытаюсь собрать последний glibc последним же gcc и он падает вот с такой ошибкой:

wctomb.c:57:1: error: 'artificial' attribute ignored [-Werror=attributes]

Что не так и как это справить?

Это glibc так себя собирает, я сам этот -Werror нигде не прописывал. Наверное можно запускать configure с --disable-werror, но неужели разработчики glibc тоже делают только так?
