main error: decoder is leaking pictures, resetting the heap

Переставил тут систему, как обычно поставил vlc, что бы смотреть 
сетевое ТВ. И тут увидел странную вещь, буквально пара кадров 
отобразилась нормально, а дальше пошли артефакты, вплоть до полной 
остановки изменения видео картинки (замирает в покорёженном виде) при
этом звук воспроизводится нормально. Вот что мне говорит vlc:

До переустановки всё было замечатльно, всё работало. Пробовал один из
каналов засунуть в mplayer, он тоже всё отобразил нормально. Так же 
пробовал всё это посмотреть в VLC в венде (второй комп, подключён 
через мой с линуксом), там то же всё показывает.
