как разрешить создавать юзеру lock-files на доступ в ttySnn?

Есть у меня http://www.dosemu.org, т.е. эмулятор доса я обращаюсь 
к компорту программой и не выходит ничего, а оно мне пишет в 
эррор логе такую штуку:

can't use hardware ram in low feature (non-suid root) DOSEMU
CONF: reserving 64Kb at 0xE0000 for 'E' (EMS page frame)
TIME: using 9154 usec for updating ALRM timer

Вопрос, как дать юзеру возможность создать этот самый Lock Files?
