не работает logrotate

Добрый день. Хочу сделать ротацию логов tacacs в slackware 10.2. Вот содержимое файла logrotate.conf:

В каталоге /etc/logrotate.d создал файл tacacs со следующим содержимым:

/var/log/tacacs {
rotate 5
daily
missingok
compress
}

но ротация не происходит, рядом лежит файл syslog, описывающий ротацию логов syslog и все работает.

Подскажите пожалуйста где че посмотреть, подкрутить можно чтобы работало. Заранее благодарю.
