Есть конечно мультфильмы, ориентированные на взрослую аудиторию, вроде какого-нибудь South Park (хотя я будучи школьником его тоже смотрел) и прочее, что показывают например на Adult Swim. Аниме часто делают для взрослой аудитории. Хотя вот конкретно сериал My Little Pony я не могу отнести к категории взрослых мультфильмов, хотя его почему-то смотрят. Видимо какой-то эскапизм или еще что-то в этом роде. Я не психолог, не социолог и не антрополог, чтобы высказывать какое-то экспертное мнение по данному вопросу.
