Исправление thunar, (текущая версия) : 

rsync -av --progress name_from_cfg:path .
Cannot execute command-line and remote command.
rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (0 bytes received so far) [Receiver]
rsync error: unexplained error (code 255) at io.c(235) [Receiver=3.1.2]

scp аналогично: 

scp name_from_cfg:path .
Cannot execute command-line and remote command.
При этом,
ssh name_from_cfg
нормально срабатывает.
